Employer sponsorship - Work Sponsored 457/ENS Visa

If you have an Australian employer who is willing to sponsor you, then you may qualify for one of the following visa types:

Subclass 457, Temporary Business (Long Stay) Visa: This visa enables Australian employers to sponsor overseas workers to work in Australia on a temporary basis between 6 months to 4 years. In order to qualify under this visa type, your prospective Australian employer will need to obtain sponsorship status and approval for the nominated position to be filled. You will need the skills, qualifications and/or work experience to fill the nominated position.

Employer Nomination Scheme: This visa type permits Australian employers to sponsor employees for a permanent visa to work in Australia. In order to qualify, you must be a highly skilled worker from overseas or a highly skilled work in Australia as a temporary resident.
