Welcome to JOHAR GROUP CO, an official admission representative, counselor & financial consultant to counsel students for getting admission in various Colleges & Universities and provider of other gamut of services.

  1. I understand that JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants) is responsible to counsel and advise me about how to apply for admission in Colleges & Universities subject to my fulfillment of the necessary requirements.
  2. I am aware that my documents and academic scores will be checked to find out my eligibility to get admission offer letter from the respective College/ University.
  3. JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants) is not responsible for acceptance or rejection of my application, documents and academic scores in full or in part.
  4. I understand that JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants) is not responsible for any rejection on the basis of low scores in TOEFL / IELTS / SAT / GRE / GMAT and all other qualifying test scores which I might take.
  5. The final decision to get the admission lies with the respective College/ University.
  6. I agree to follow all the steps for the processing of my admission application explained by my counselors at JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants) 
  7. All consultancy and processing fees paid to JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants) are non-refundable and non-transferable under any/ all circumstances.
  8. I understand that this declaration is an agreement between JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants) & me.
  9. Once I accept this declaration, I am bound to follow the steps counseled to me by my counselors at JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants).
  10. If I fail to provide all the relevant documents, JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants) is not responsible for any delay/disapproval of my application with the respective College/ University.
  11. I understand that JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants) is no where responsible for acceptance or rejection of my Visa. The Visa application and processing is totally a different area for which I do not hold JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants) responsible.
  12. I understand that I shall not get any refunds from JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants), if I withdraw my application or drop my plans for applying to respective College/University or for any other reasons and any fees paid will be withheld.
  13. I understand that incase of any dispute or a request for refund, the matter will be handed over to JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants)’s legal department / advocate.
  14. I understand that all matters will be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.

All statements made by me/us in my/our Application(s) are true, accurate and unless noted or corrected by me, require no additional information or clarification to avoid misinterpretation by JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants). I will update JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants) if any information in my Application(s) changes. I understand all of the above terms and conditions. By clicking on the [Submit] button, I am agreeing to use the Services of JOHAR GROUP CO. (Consultants) in a manner consistent with the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations.
